Over the last 25 years Rosa has helped women transform their lives through personalized nutrition, behavioral habit shifts, and mindset coaching. Utilizing a holistic approach, she bridges the gap between medical advice and daily action to foster lasting health, increased energy, and improved quality of life.

With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Calderon specializes in helping women overcome lifestyle-related health challenges, breaking cycles of ineffective health behaviors. She believes that sustainable wellness requires treating the whole person - mind, body, and behavior. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and motivational interviewing, designed to help you understand the “why” behind your habits and develop practical, personalized strategies for lasting change.
